Product Introduction
After hydrolysis, perfluorooctyl triethoxysilane releases low molecular alcohol. The resulting active silanol can chemically bond with hydroxyl, carboxyl and oxygen-containing groups in many inorganic and organic substrates to form a self-assembled monolayer fluorosilicone film on the surface of inorganic materials. It has a wide range of applications: hydrophobic, antifouling and anti ultraviolet coatings on the surface of glass; Surface oxidation resistance of metals (copper, iron, aluminum, etc.); Waterproof and antifouling of ceramic and marble surfaces; Waterproof, antifouling and anti-corrosion treatment of wood and products; Finishing of natural fiber (wool, cotton and leather) products to reduce water holding and improve surface hydrophobicity and antifouling; Cosmetic additives; Waterproof, antifouling and weathering protection treatment of cultural relics and masonry.
