Surface treatment of diatomite, silica, titanium and other powders. Bonding aid for etchers in the semiconductor industry. It can also be used as an additive for silicon carbide fibers to improve the heat resistance and strength of silicon carbide fibers, as an anti-precipitation agent for coatings, and for the preparation of organosilicon compounds.
